Venue

The talks will take place in room 3.10 of the Mathematics Building (click on the red marker in the middle of the map). The campus of Instituto Superior Tecnico (IST) is easily reachable by subway from the airport (it's a 20 minutes ride): take the red subway line and exit at Saldanha to Av. Duque de Ávila, or exit at Alameda and go up the hill.

Downtown Lisbon is also easily reachable by subway from either of these two stations or from S. Sebastião station (exit at either Rossio or Baixa/Chiado ).

Subway : You will have to get a ticket at the vending machine. Select the English language option, get a chargeable green card (50 cents), choose the option zapping and charge it (minimum 5€, fare for approximately 3 trips). This green card can be used on the entire public transportation system in and around Lisbon.

Lunch : May be taken on the premises, or at the restaurants surrounding the campus.
